5. Traveler Responsibilities

Travelers are responsible for providing accurate personal details, travel documents, and emergency contact information. You must ensure you are medically fit for the chosen trip and comply with entry, exit, visa, and local regulations applicable to your destination.

IndiaGhummo is not responsible for delays, losses, or disruptions caused by missed flights, visa issues, passport issues, health problems, weather, road conditions, natural calamities, or acts of third parties outside our control.

6. Itinerary Changes

We reserve the right to modify itineraries, transport arrangements, hotel categories, or activity schedules when necessary due to weather, road conditions, availability, safety concerns, or other operational considerations. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to provide a comparable alternative.

7. Liability

IndiaGhummo acts as an intermediary between travelers and service providers such as hotels, airlines, transport operators, and local tour operators. We are not liable for acts, omissions, negligence, or failure of such third parties, except to the extent caused by our own direct negligence or misconduct.

Our liability for any claim arising out of the services provided is limited to the amount actually paid for the relevant service, unless otherwise required by law.
